The Circuit Clerk accepts record questions by email at allrecordrequest@vercounty.org. The official Record Search Request form may also be used for a paid name-and-year search. For a filed charge, docket entry, judgment, or sentence, start with the clerk. For an agency incident or arrest report, direct an Illinois Freedom of Information Act request to the agency that holds it.
